SILK CRYSTAL is a new innovative biomaterial that is a fibroin protein based gel. SILK CRYSTAL has many unique characteristics that can emulsify water and oil without chemical surfactant, regulates oil balance, gives high water holding capability of more than 50 times its own weight, and has excellent moisturizing effect. In addition, it has excellent UV protecting ability and is effective to protect skin from harmful environmental factors.

Usual silk materials used widely in skin care & hair care are broken silk that does not keep many of silk properties. By a unique enzyme treatment we assemble the Fibroin to form the SILK CRYSTAL®. This process allows retaining the structure and the benefits of the silk. It is now exported to cosmetic companies in Europe such as Germany, France and Switzerland.

SILK CRYSTAL® -HA COMPLEX is a bioconjugated Silk fibroin protein-polysaccharides complex gel in which the micro-porous network structure of SILK CRYSTAL® is conjugated with SODIUM HYALURONATE.
